It was an excellent experience buying from this dealership. Meet was really collaborative throughout the process, from buying car to getting delivered my number plates. Also Finance Manager will put her best to get you the best rate. This is my first car and had no credit history, still was able to get the best rate near to my expectations. The most important, this dealer does not charge unnecessary and hidden premiums unlike NJ dealers. I recommend all NJ residents to buy from NY dealers. By the way, it was super deal for my VW CPO car. Thank you!

I had the best experience looking for a vehicle with Meet. He went above and beyond from the second we walked into the dealership. I was initially set on another another make, but after not liking the poor service we received elsewhere (believe it was their partner Audi dealer) we stopped into VW on our way home (50 minutes away) just to see our options as our local VW was also a bad experience. My experience with the Mohegan Lake Volkswagen service center is ok at best. It’s difficult to impossible to get someone on the phone and forget about anyone calling you back to let you know what’s going on with your car. Face to face in person communication seems best however it would be helpful if they could be more responsive via phone.

Brought my car in for service last week, they were great. Communicated every step of the process. Nice area to sit and work remotely also. Only complaint is why do they even have the option for a loaner car when they never have any available. At least not if you don’t have a top line car.

Service is fine. What I hate is always waiting for them to wash my car upon pick up. I will let them know I am on my way so the car wash should be complete. But I always have to wait for the wash to be done once I am there. Do not understand that.

Great selection of cars. I went through a few other Volkswagen dealers who did not have what I was looking for until I found Mohegan Lake VW. I was searching for a 2024 red Jetta SEL. I was told by another dealer that there were only 4 available in the entire Northeast, thankfully I was able to find one at Mohegan VW, so I bought it right a way. The staff is very friendly and the showroom was super clean. I love my new car. I’m glad I went to Mohegan Lake VW.
