He answered my questions, was very personable and knowledgeable and honest. The scheduling process was really simple and I dropped my car off the night before. The service was prompt they were updront with pricing and offered alternatives and worked with us to get us a deal that matched and was better than others. Very good experience from the time I arrived in the showroom to picking up my new 2025 Taos later that same day. My salesperson Jahaira was great. She knew the product features and explained the differences between my 2022 Taos and the new one. Huge difference for the better! Jahaira and Tommy the sales manager both treated me straight up, no games on price or my trade.
Brought my 2019 Atlas for service. The rep who took the phone call appointment was very pleasant. The service rep Remo was great. Responsive and friendly. Monica was a good service advisor. Kept me updated. So that was great. The only issue I have is I got BRAND NEW rims done and my vehicle was returned to me with paper and tape over my wheels and white stuff ALLLL over the new rims and tires. I think my old rim and tire look better than the new ones. So Im sure I’ll be paying out of pocket for a car wash. Let’s hope the white stuff comes off. It just looks like a sloppy job was done.
