They told us they would arrange for a loaner to be dropped off to us in a few days & they would return our car once it was repaired. Everything worked out wonderfully & the communication was great. As a VW car owner, I have been to a few VW dealerships in the Rockland and Westchester area, and this place has the best management, and thus service, in the area.
We knew what kind of VW we wanted, our local dealer where we had purchased 3 other Volkswagens is being threatened by VWOA for not selling enough cars. We used Google maps and found Mohegan Lake VW is the same distance/time than the usual dealer.. We called Mohegan Lake at 10am, made a 3pm appointment and it took less than 45 minutes to pick the color we liked and got no hassle year end sale and drove away on our new Taos the next afternoon. Great rate and sales experience.
