I called Tasca VW Audi for a 10k mile check up on Friday and I was able to get an appointment the next day Saturday / first green flag. When I arrived I was greeted quickly with a big smile and positive attitude from Christopher at the service area -?second green flag. I was seated and told by AJ that my service would take 1 - 1.5 hrs. I was done within that timeframe - third green flag. It's hard to live the hot hatch lifestyle if the rear hatch won't pop on command. Mohegan had to keep the car for a few days to get the issue to reappear, but it was finally identified and repaired.

My mechanic Edward Petali was absolutely amazing. He texted me through the VW system throughout the service and kept me updated. He answered my questions, was very personable and knowledgeable and honest. The scheduling process was really simple and I dropped my car off the night before. The service was prompt they were updront with pricing and offered alternatives and worked with us to get us a deal that matched and was better than others. The car was cleaned and ready and we got it the next day and a second car key was missing they provided a day later. Overall a five star service, was wonderful to do business with them

Service related to recent repair work at Tasca VW Mohegan Lake was incredible! Michele and her team organized pickup and drop off to accommodate my schedule, and even considered the weather regarding delivery. While parts and labor were pricey, service was a bargain. Highly recommended!

Very good experience from the time I arrived in the showroom to picking up my new 2025 Taos later that same day. My salesperson Jahaira was great. She knew the product features and explained the differences between my 2022 Taos and the new one. Huge difference for the better! Jahaira and Tommy the sales manager both treated me straight up, no games on price or my trade.
